I got a chance to chat with Mayor Oscar Goodman on October 14th, after a real estate conference. As you may know, he's a very colorful character and the best real estate cheerleader in Las Vegas. You can't imagine how lucky I feel to have met him in person.  Like the Mayor I am an optimist about the future of Las Vegas and love living here.  If you see opportunity in Las Vegas like I do call me to discuss buying a home either through my Rent To Own process or by purchasing forclosures using my Investor Properties system.
