My wife and I purchased a number of residential properties in Las Vegas in 2004. We were introduced to lease/options a few years later and over time we converted all of our rentals into single family homes available for lease/options. In the process of advertising our units, I created a web site designed to explain the process of lease/options and show the details of the properties. This page is the original foundation of the website.
Our properties were occupied so quickly that I offered the same process to other property owners interested in lease/options. While offering these services I quickly bumped into other lease/option specialists and created a network by offering my software to these specialists. Currently, our network moves 2-4 houses a week.
